How many sports programs do you offer?

Sports Camps Canada currently offers camps and programs in 7 different sports. For a listing of all sports and programs that we offer nationwide, simply use the grey bar at the top of every page and hover over the "SELECT YOUR SPORT" tab.

For what ages are Sports Camps Canada summer camps available?

Sports Camps Canada offers a number of programs for a variety of age groups. Most of our junior camps accept participants between the ages of 6-18. *Please check out the camp specific web pages to find out what age restrictions may apply.

What is your refund policy?

If you have to cancel, for any reason, we will issue you a VOUCHER for all tuition fees paid, valid through the following calendar year.  Your VOUCHER is transferable to any family member and may be used in the sport that you initially registered in.  Cash refunds will be given only with the purchase of Cancellation Protection.

Participants who leave early during their session, will receive a pro-rated VOUCHER, valid through the following calendar year.  For individuals who do not check-in or attend their registered session will receive a VOUCHER for all camp fees paid, valid through the following calendar year with the same rules as previously stated.

What is Cancellation Protection?

Sports Camps Canada offers our camp families Cancellation Protection for $25 (+GST/HST) per session, due at the time of registration. Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of your camp tuition fees paid to date (Please note: $25 (+GST/HST)  Cancellation Protection and Registration fee are non-refundable.) if you cancel for any reason before your final payment date (the first day of the month prior to the month your camp begins, i.e. final pay date of May 1st for any camp in your sport beginning in the month of June).

With Cancellation Protection, if you cancel after your final payment due date, we will issue you a camp voucher for your tuition payments made. Your camp voucher will be transferable to an immediate family member and can be used for the sport in which you were registered. For camps running in 2016, camp vouchers are valid through 2017.

How do I pay for my camp?

You can register online or over the phone by paying with a Visa or Mastercard. If you do not want to use a credit card online, please contact us and we will sign you up over the phone by credit card, check or wire transfer. Please contact us with any questions about payment.

How do I get my registration packet which includes when to arrive, what to bring, directions, health form, etc.?

For registrations after April 1st: Your registration packet will arrive via email within 24-48 hours after you have signed up for camp! If you do not receive the packet within this time frame, please email info@sportscampscanada.com or call us at 1-800-NIKE-CAMP.

For registrations before April 1st: Your registration packet will be emailed to the email address you signed up for camp with during the 1st two weeks of April, once we have put all your camp information together. You may also check the availability of your registration packet by visiting the My Camps page.

What happens if Sports Camps Canada cancels my camp?

In the unlikely event Sports Camps Canada cancels your camp session, we will refund all camp tuition and registration fees. SCC is not responsible for personal travel or other expenses associated with attending the camp. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said camp tuition and registration fees.

How can I apply for a job to work at a Sports Camps Canada summer camp?

All of our camp directors are responsible for hiring their own staff and typically hire in late winter and early spring. If you are interested in applying for a summer staff position, please email us and we will forward on your information/resume to any director looking for additional staff.

How do I request a brochure?

Go to the "SELECT YOUR SPORT" button on the top of any page and pick a sport. From there you'll pick your program, then select an individual camp location. There will be a grey "Brochure" button to click on the right side of every camp page. Follow directions from there to receive an instant download PDF brochure.

Can you send me brochures to pass out to my team and local community?

Yes, thanks for asking! Give us a call or send us an email letting us know which sport and how many brochures you need and we'll get them mailed to you right away.
