Coach Beers is a former Broadalbin-Perth student and Siena College graduate.

Breaking out in my first year of coaching at Fulton Montgomery I learned how to recruit and manage players who had the skill set to be at a scholarship level school but did not have the grades to be accepted.  I dealt with the challenge of explaining how to reach the next level both on the floor and inside the classroom. I was taught by many different coaches in how to be successful at this. Being able to learn from my experiences and turn them into a teaching tool was the hardest but the most rewarding for me.

The idea of Pro Level Training was conceived from Founder Joel Green’s desire to bring the “Pro” style of training and preparation for youth athletes. He saw that there was a need for athletes to learn how to properly prepare their minds and bodies for the game of basketball.

Our goal is to improve the quality of individual on-court performance by providing clients with the physical & mental tools needed to get to the next level of their career. We enjoy both training and educating players to get the most out of each session.

Camp Details

Pro Level Training's mission is to help enhance the performance of basketball players both physically as well as mentally. The goal of camp will be the same as that of Pro Level Training: to provide players with the skills and mental approach they need to get a leg up on the competition. A major emphasis of camp will be on movement and working on the fundamentals of footwork, balance and conditioning to become a better and more explosive player. Additionally, Coach Beers will discuss the importance of a good nutritional balance for every developing player!

More Important Camp Details


Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability. Parents are invited to attend the closing ceremony! Departure immediately following.


Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.


A detailed camper registration packet containing check-in location, camp specifics, and a list of things to bring, will be emailed to all campers prior to their camp date.  If you have any questions/inquiries please email     


If five or more campers register together, each camper is eligible for a $20 discount. If 10 or more campers register together, each camper is eligible for a $40 discount. Teams can register online,
