Nike Basketball Camp 3 x 3 Youth Development League Oshawa

Join the 6-week Nike Basketball Camp 3 x 3 Youth Development League in Oshawa, Ontario starting in January 2023. The program is open to boys and girls age 7-12 and runs from 6:00-9:00pm on Wednesday evenings. The 3x3 basketball league consists of both training and game play for athletes giving them the opportunity to work on individual skills, 3x3 game concepts, as well as game play in a controlled, refereed, and score kept league.

The Nike Basketball Camps Youth League are designed for young athletes who want to improve their game and have a blast! Perfect for beginners ages 7-12 who want to learn the game or high-performance athletes who are ready to take it to the next level.

This 6 week program is hosted every Wednesday from 6-9pm. All trainers will provide detailed instruction for about 15 mins reviewing defensive principles, scoring techniques and all fundamentals. The January 11 session will be assessment day and team construction to ensure the teams are competitive and fun.

Players will go through a series of drills new and old (proven) focused on understanding different aspects of shooting which include:

• Shot angle
• Release
• Load/Power
• Footwork
• Increased range
• Balance
• Creating space
