Nope! The program is designed for both newcomers and athletes who want to sharpen their fundamentals. Our coaches create a supportive environment for every level.

4. What should I bring?
5. When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts to check in, change shoes, and be ready to warm up on time.
6. Can parents stay to watch?
Yes! Parents are welcome to watch from the designated viewing areas. Please be mindful of facility rules (such as wiping shoes during wet weather before entering the gym).

We recommend registering early—spots are limited and often fill quickly. If the program is full, you can join the waitlist, and we’ll contact you if a space opens.
