Dynamic Movement and Agility Training
This Training program is designed to provide ballers with evidence-based training techniques to increase power, speed, agility, and mobility for intermediate and high-performance players looking to adapt to game-time situations.

This program is designed for our Jr basketball players looking to develop skills and knowledge to support the transition into house league, school and rep basketball.

Small Group Training
These training sessions are custom designed to meet the needs of individual athletes, and their unique goals. A particular of focus will be on finishing options from various levels on the court.
Session 1 - December 7, 2022, to Jan 25, 2023
Session 2 - February 1 to March 8, 2023
Time: 7:30PM to 8:30 PM
Ages: 12 to 15 co-ed
We will help young athletes simplify their shot, learn different techniques and improve shooting mechanics.
