Camper information, including a name, date of birth, gender, dietary information, and health and behavioural information, as necessary to provide care for the camper during camp;
Billing information, such as a credit card number and a billing address;
Prospective employee information such as contact information, education, employment history, volunteer history, personal activities and interests; and
Other information, as required and with your prior consent.
You may refuse to provide us with your Personal Information. However, some Personal Information is necessary to process and fulfill orders for our services or consider you application for a position.

SCC keeps Personal Information for as long as necessary for the identified purposes or as required by law.
Please note that we may retain your contact information (i.e. name, camper name, and email address you provide to us) for 12 months, in order to contact you regarding next year’s camps.
If you apply for employment with us, we will retain the Personal Information you provide to us for a period of 6 months from the date of your application for the purpose of assessing an individual’s suitability for other employment opportunities with our organization. Generally, applicant Personal Information is destroyed after 6 months from the date of application if no employment with our organization materializes in that time period.
We routinely destroy Personal Information that is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.
