Sports Camps Canada is excited to offer two new Nike Soccer Camps to be held at Monarch Park Stadium (MPS) and Central Tech Stadium (CTS) in Toronto, ON. This will be their first year of soccer-specific camp and will include new techniques on a daily basis to help kids develop their soccer skills and all around athletic confidence.
Join Camp Director and Coach Alicia Lashley and her team of Certified Soccer Coaches who will provide campers with tools to not only improve their ball control and passing but also gain more confidence attacking and defending. Both camps will be the full day from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm with extended care options available and are geared towards soccer players of all skill levels aged 6 – 12 years old.
Monarch Park Stadium will run from July 9th-13th and 16th–20th. This new state-of-the-art artificial Field Turf includes a full size 11 v 11 soccer field and also acts as a full NFL size football field. The field includes four mini-soccer fields and has the only divider net system in the City of Toronto that allows user groups to share the field with various teams/clubs and play various games at the same time. Monarch Park Stadium is also the only turf field in the city lined for 9 v 9 games.
Central Tech Stadium will run from July 23rd-27th and July 30th–August 3rd. As one of Toronto's newest and most innovative sports facilities, this $5 million+ stadium is conveniently located just south of Bloor and Bathurst and offers users a state-of-the-art athletic facility including an artificial turf field by Field Turf, a Beynon BSS1000 running track surface, Musco Sports Lights, and a Farley Group winter dome.
