Adult Nike Pickleball Clinic West Lincoln Community Centre

The Nike Adult Pickleball Clinic is for Beginner and Intermediate skill level players, ages 18+, taking place indoors every Wednesday from 3:00 - 6:00 pm at the West Lincoln Community Centre in Smithville, Ontario. The Wednesday program will run two separate sessions. Session 1 runs from October 15 - November 12th, 2025 and Session 2 runs November 19th to December 17th, 2025. 

This newly renovated facility offers 4 indoor pickleball courts and is taught by coaches Ed Maga and team for beginner to intermediate pickleball players. The clinic includes 7.5 hours of pickleball instruction and offers a comprehensive overview of the game for beginners. Intermediate players will experience tactical and technical skill development, fun game based drills and competitive gameplay. Our professional coaches will cover grips, stroke production, tactics, court positioning, serves, return of serve, specialty shots, scoring, rules and etiquette and much more!

SKILL LEVELS & GROUP PLACEMENT

While there are many ways to define skill levels, the following descriptions are what the Camp Directors at Nike Pickleball Camps will use to organize and group camp participants. At the time of registration, please choose the level that best represents your experience:

• Beginner: Players at this level are new to pickleball and have little to no experience. They can hit basic shots and possess a fundamental understanding of the rules, scoring, and court positioning. Focus is on building confidence and familiarity with the game. (No rating or DUPR rating 1.0 - 2.5)

• Intermediate: Players at this level understand the rules and strategy of pickleball and can sustain rallies using a mix of shots. They can hit with some spin and accuracy, resulting in fewer unforced errors. Focus is on refining technique, improving court awareness, and developing strategic play. (DUPR rating 3.0-3.5)‍
  

Equipment Needed: All participants must bring a pickleball paddle, athletic shoes and a water bottle, we will have demo paddles available from Selkirk to try.

Session 1:

• Dates: Wednesdays: October 15 - November 12, 2025 (5 Weeks)
• Time: 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM, Skill Level: Beginner
• Time: 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM, Skill Level: Intermediate
• Fee: $235+ HST

Session 2:

• Dates: Wednesdays: November 19 - December 17, 2025 (5 Weeks)
• Time: 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM, Skill Level: Beginner
• Time: 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM, Skill Level: Intermediate
• Fee: $235+ HST
