Daneesha Provo is bringing Rod Raines - one of the top USA Skills Development Coaches and Ball-Handling Specialists - to Nova Scotia for an elite training experience unlike anything else in the region.
WNBA, NBA, and NCAA trainer Rod Raines leads this elite, high-performance basketball camp, bringing professional-level training standards to Nova Scotia. Athletes will learn the same skill development drills, ball-handling progressions, and training systems used at the highest levels of the game.
This 2 Day Weekend Camp is designed for serious middle school athletes (ages 12–17), this program combines high-level on-court training with classroom development to help players build strong fundamentals while expanding their basketball IQ. Players will develop advanced ball-handling, shooting mechanics, footwork, and game decision-making, while learning how elite athletes train and prepare.
Athletes will leave the camp with greater confidence, stronger skills, and a deeper understanding of the game through training with WNBA, NBA, and NCAA trainer Rod Raines.
Led by a WNBA, NBA, and NCAA Skills Development Coach & Ball-Handling Specialist, this camp brings professional-level training standards to Nova Scotia. Athletes will train using drills and systems used at the highest levels of the game.

Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.
