Nike Basketball Camp at Shoot 360 Regina powered by Four Point Basketball

Nike Basketball Camp at Shoot 360 Regin, coached by Jey-son Edwards, will focus on getting players ages 9-16, a high volume of quality reps, helping them become more comfortable shooting in game-like situations, and building confidence through competition. Players will be divided into two age groups so coach Jey-son can better tailor the teaching and pacing, one group in the morning (ages 9–12) and one in the afternoon (ages 13–16).

Each day will follow a similar flow so players get into a rhythm. The camp day will start with a dynamic warm-up and ball handling, and then move into skill work and shooting breakdowns. A large part of the camp day will utilize the shooting machine to maximize reps. The day will finish with competitions and small group or partner work to bring everything together in a more game-like setting. The goal is to create an environment where players are pushed but still having fun, and where they can clearly see their progress throughout the week.

Camp Highlights

  • timed shooting (most makes in a set period)
  • percentage-based contests
  • small team challenges
  • emphasize teamwork, communication, and energy
  • build confidence when making decisions at game speed
  • develop more consistent shooters comfortable with different types of shots
