Head Coach Keon Raymond is a two-time Grey Cup Champion, once in 2008 and the other in 2014, who spent ten years playing in the Canadian Football League. In addition to his Championship wins, Raymond was also a two-time recipient of the President’s Ring, which is decided on by fellow Calgary Stampeder teammates in recognition of excellence on the field, in conjunction with leadership, and inspirational and motivational skills. He was also the recipient of the Athletes in Action Gord Barwell Award for leadership, and his demonstration of faith both on the field and in the community.

Following his football career, Keon Raymond become involved with public speaking. Through personal experience in his early life, and the relationship he shared with is mother, Raymond began working with the Alberta Council of Women’s Shelters, where he speaks on how to manage fear and overcome adversity.  Keon Raymond continues his pursuit to grow the game of football in Canada, where he has started his Big Time 7v7 football program.  This program focus on the non-contact, elite skill development of football and players compete at a high level.

Keon Raymond now lives in Calgary with his wife, Bianca, and their four children. The Raymond family has remained actively involved with local not-for-profit organizations, as well as developing K25 Sports, a youth sports organization whose programs aim to build character, self-confidence, and sportsmanship in tomorrow’s leaders. Both on the field and off, Raymond maintains his ability to lead with courage, and speak on tough issues through his foundationary principles of faith, family, and football.

Coach Dante is a two-time Vanier Cup National Champion with playing and coaching experience at the High School, U-Sport & CFL levels. After his playing career, Dante founded Game Primed Elite Quarterback Training, a program that offers high-level QB training to athletes of all levels across the country. Dante has developed a unique approach to the Quarterback position through both his experience as a player and his passion for Kinesiology. Committed to helping young athletes achieve their goals, coach Dante takes a unique holistic approach to training his QBs, allowing them to reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Nathaniel serves as Defensive Coordinator and Assistant Head Coach for the U18 Durham Dolphins Football Club. With over a decade of coaching experience, Nathaniel has coached every age level within his program and has a wealth of knowledge on the defensive side of the ball. He specializes in training Linebackers & Defensive backs and has helped many young athletes advance to the collegiate & professional levels over the years.

Before his coaching career Nathaniel was a standout defensive back with the St. Francis Xavier University X-Men. He is currently tenth in all-time tackles in program history and was a force on the defensive side of the ball, helping the X-Men win numerous conference championships during his tenure.

Nathaniel founded No Fly Zone U, a defensive specialists program offering elite skill development to linebackers & defensive backs of all levels.

Kay Okafor is a six-year CFL veteran and standout Offensive Lineman for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. During his time with the Tiger-Cats, Kay has played in two Grey Cups and is known for his versatility, as he has been a standout at multiple positions on both sides of the ball.

Before his CFL career, Kay played four years at St. Francis Xavier University, where he ranked among the top 20 players in the country. His university career was followed by his name being called in the 3rd round of the 2017 CFL draft by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

Kay’s newly found passion lies in continuing to be a student of the game while passing on his specialized and extensive knowledge on both sides of the ball to the next generation of athletes.

Kay is the founder of Trench Max Training. TMT is a big-man-specific program that offers elite development to the next generation of linemen and line athletes, providing them with critical tools on and off the field to help them thrive as they progress to the next level of their careers.
