Coach Wheler has coached basketball for over 20 years in numerous capacities and at a variety of schools. As a result, of his many years of experience in coaching both girls and boys teams of all abilities, he knows what it takes to develop the skills necessary to improve each player’s individual skill sets. This coupled with his personal love of the game, propels him to bring out the best in every athlete.

Coach Micaella brings playing experience at the provincial and national level, as well as in the NCAA at the University of Minnesota where she completed her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. She went on to Kansas State University to complete her Master's in Counseling and Student Development while coaching and assisting in recruiting operations with the Wildcats. Since then, she played professionally overseas and has worked as a National Scout identifying elite talent across Canada. She is currently entering her third year as the Director of Basketball Operations at Lay-Up Youth Basketball.
