Our Nike Lacrosse Camp is tailored to promote inclusion, teamwork, and leadership, with a focus on basic lacrosse skills our participants will be endlessly active playing lacrosse. The lacrosse camp develops field skills and gameplay and is suitable for both beginner and advanced players. Each day ends with camp competitions!

Lacrosse Camps are designed to provide lacrosse players of various skill levels with an opportunity to enhance their skills, knowledge of the game, and overall athleticism.

Key features of Nike Lacrosse Camps:

-Skill Development: Campers can expect focused instruction on fundamental lacrosse skills such as passing, shooting, dodging, and defensive techniques. Specialized drills and training sessions aim to improve individual and team performance.

-Gameplay and Strategy: Participants typically engage in scrimmages and game situations to apply the skills they've learned. Coaches may also cover tactical aspects of the game, helping players understand strategies and improve their game IQ.

-Conditioning and Fitness: Physical conditioning is often a part of the program, focusing on improving players' endurance, strength, and agility.

-Sportsmanship and Team Building: Emphasis is usually placed on sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership skills. Camps may include team-building activities to foster a positive and inclusive environment.
