Elevate your rugby game this winter at the Nike Rugby Clinic hosted by Rugby Canada Athlete Josiah Morra! This one day holiday clinic is the perfect place to challenge yourself, make new friends, and take meaningful steps toward your rugby goals. Join Josiah and his team on December 29th for a 3 hour high-energy training session where players will learn core rugby skills, improve athletic performance, and build confidence in a supportive environment from a professional althete!
- Rugby fundamentals: passing, ball-handling, footwork, tackling technique (age-appropriate), and game awareness
- Speed & agility training: sprint mechanics, acceleration, and conditioning
- Game IQ: decision-making, positioning, and small-sided gameplay
- Mindset & leadership: communication, confidence, and habits for success- Competition & gameplay: structured drills and controlled game scenarios

CAMPER EVALUATION
Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.
