2026 March Break Girls Rep Nike Volleyball Camp Oshawa

Girls Only | Ages 14–17 (Rep-Level Athletes)

This March Break Girls Rep Nike Volleyball Camp in Oshawa is a rep-level training experience designed for motivated female athletes ages 14–17. The camp follows proven Nike Camp standards, featuring elite coaching, excellent facilities, and a low coach-to-athlete ratio to maximize on-court reps and individual feedback.

Athletes will be grouped by age and level within the 14–17 range, allowing for appropriate pacing, competitive balance, and focused development throughout the week.

This camp is a 5 day camp running March 16 -20, 2026 with both Full Day and Half Day options.

TRAINING FOCUS
  • High-intensity on-court reps emphasizing consistency, efficiency, and competitive execution
  • Technical training in serving, passing, setting, attacking, and defense
  • Tactical concepts, game situations, and decision-making under pressure
  • Position-specific and situational drills to strengthen overall game awareness and team play

CAMP HIGHLIGHTS

  • Elite coaching and individual attention: under Coach Pylyp’s leadership, athletes receive direct instruction and personalized feedback in a focused rep-training environment
  • Competitive drills, games, and scrimmage play: sessions are designed to challenge athletes and simulate match-like situations
  • Nike camp gear and awards: every participant receives a Nike Volleyball Camp T-shirt and has the opportunity to earn daily awards
  • Strong team culture: the camp promotes accountability, work ethic, and support, helping athletes grow together and compete with confidence
  • Prep for Rep: Designed for rep club players on teams who are competing on a Regional, Provincial and National level with OVL, OVA and VC

Pylyp Harmash | Head Coach

Head Coach and Technical Director of Unity Volleyball, decorated international player and member of the Team Ontario Red coaching staff (2025–2026). Pylyp brings elite playing experience and high-level coaching expertise, creating an environment where competitive athletes are challenged, supported, and pushed to perform at their best.

As a volleyball player, Coach Pylyp has represented Ukraine on various prestigious platforms, earning numerous accolades and victories as (5 times champion of Ukraine, 3 times bronze medalist of Ukrainian championship ,4 times Ukrainian Cup owner , 2 times world Silver medalist of World universities games 2011 , 2015 , 2013-2019 Ukraine National team member .his athleticism, strategic play, and commitment to the sport have made him a standout player in the volleyball.

Fueled by a wealth of knowledge and a desire to contribute to the sport, Pylyp made the transition to the Canada . Now, as the Head Coach and technical director , Pylyp takes immense pleasure in sharing his extensive volleyball experience with aspiring athletes. Having navigated different levels of play, Pylyp possess a keen understanding of how to prepare future volleyball stars and guide them toward their aspirations.

Fern Arias | Coach

Fernando “Fern” Arias has over 30 years of coaching experience, beginning in basketball (1996–2019) before transitioning into volleyball. He now specializes in rep volleyball, coaching teen representative athletes and focusing on developing high-performance players.

Coach Fern emphasizes skill development and performance training to build the technical ability and competitive mindset required for high-level volleyball.

A career highlight includes assisting at the Ontario Volleyball High Performance Camp (August 2018).

Known for creating disciplined, supportive, and motivating environments, Coach Fern challenges athletes to train with purpose and compete with confidence.

Camp Check-in: FULL DAY & AM HALF DAY = 9:00 AM; PM HALF DAY = 1:00 PM
